Alternative Testing

Eligibility

1. Have you requested your accommodation letters? As soon as you enroll in a class, you need to request an accommodation letter from your counselor or learning disability specialist.

2. Have you completed the OSS Alternative Testing Terms of Service Form  this semester? This covers your responsibilities when testing in OSS and needs to be done once per semester. You will not be able to test in OSS until it is completed. 

Requesting Your Exams

When both requirements above are satisfied, you are now ready to start scheduling your exams.

• All exam requests must be made using the OSS Test Request Form. 
• You must submit a form for EVERY exam you plan to take in OSS
• You can submit as soon as you know your exam dates. Please ensure you are requesting at least 3 days in advance of the exam. This is mentioned in the OSS Alternative Testing Terms of Service form above.
