For High School Students
As a student & parent, both parties must fill out a digital K-12 Supplemental Form using our Dynamic Forms process. The K-12 Form is now a digital document that will expedite and accurte track the appliction process for all K-12 students taking classes at Los Angeles City College. Below are tutorial videos on how to complete your appropriate process based on your role as a student or parent.
Concurrent enrollment provides high school students the opportunity to take college-credit courses taught by college-approved high school teachers. Students gain exposure to the academic challenges of college while in their high school environment and earn transcripted college credit once they successfully pass the course.
The Dual Enrollment Program is an accelerated program that allows qualified students to fulfill high school graduation requirements while simultaneously gaining college or vocational credits toward a certificate, diploma, or a college degree. The goal is to give high school students exposure to college-level curriculum and prepare them for post-secondary education.
The Ralph Bunche Scholars Program (RBS) at Los Angeles City College prepares students for transfer and the rigors of academic work at a four-year university. For more details regarding the program, make sure to visit Los Angeles City College's Ralph Bunch Scholars Program.
