HAMC Applied Music Program
The HAMC Applied Music Program is an audition-only transfer program that provides qualified students the opportunity to complete the first two years of four-year university and conservatory courses. The program provides full scholarships for private lessons to students who intend to transfer to four-year schools and continue as a music major. Students also prepare and perform in the Applied Music Master Class, which culminates in a jury examination. The program aligns with the first two years of the four-year Bachelor of Music curriculum.
The faculty in the HAMC Applied Music Program are highly qualified and experienced professors. Private lessons are offered in instrument and voice performance, songwriting, composition, music production, and music technology.
